Return & Exchange Policy


We are confident in our products and know you will love them, however we know sometimes things just don't work out! We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

  • Your order number in the subject line
  • Your reason for exchange/return
  • If an exchange, the size and color you would like

If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, you will be responsible for covering the costs of shipping the item(s) back to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.


Damaged/Faulty Items

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is damaged in transit or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the shipping carrier. 

If your order gets delivered and has defects, please email a photo of the damage along with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to give a refund for the merchandise in the form of store credit, replacement or back to your original form of payment upon request. 

Order Cancellations/Modifications

We can do so as long as the order has not shipped. Please email us at to cancel or change your order. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Following this, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
